All vendors will appear in our vendor directory. If you want to insert material in BozemanDogFest show bags, let us know. The extra charge is $50 and we will let you know how many bags within a week of the show. We will be announcing vendors over social media.
Terms and Conditions
1. Terms of Payment: Booth rental will be reserved only after a waiver is signed and payment is received. The final balance must be
paid by Monday, September16th, 2025. The payment is non-refundable. If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, the booth space will be released, and the deposit forfeited by the vendor. The vendor may pay this amount in cash, check or credit card. Payments may be mailed to: CP Events Collective CO Patty Boyd, 12670 Portnell Bozeman,MT 59718 or made online through the vendor link on the website. No vendor will be allowed to set up their booth unless the payment has been paid in full.
2. Booth Selections: Are up to the organizers this first year. Let us know if you have some special need.
2. No exhibit shall interfere with the orderly operation of adjacent exhibits. This includes a prohibition on music, special effects andother sound and entertainment without approval from CP Events Collective.
3. Vendors may begin setting up their booths on Sunday, September 21st, 2025 ENTERING FROM LOVE LANE ONLY from 10:00 am to 11:30 am Vendors will need to complete their booth set up by Noon Sunday, September 21, 2025. The doors open to the public at 1:00 pm. Vendors will need to load in after parking. The roadways need to be used for the food trailers, the booths that require a vehicle, the bar bus, etc. If someone wants to park, unload in 10 minutes then move from that drop zone to their booth, that is fine.
4. Each exhibit is entitled to a reasonable sight line from the aisle regardless of the size of the exhibit. The sides must be properly finished with no signage, so that it does not interfere with adjoining booths. All exhibit decor needs to stay within the vendor(s)assigned 10x 10 booth location. THERE IS NO PIPE AND DRAPE.
5. No exhibit shall be dismantled or removed from the area until the event has ended at 5:00 and the public has exited. If a vendor needs to leave early then that vendor will not be invited to attend any future events.
6. Each vendor is responsible for clearing all trash and debris from the booth space at the end of the show.
7. Exhibit personnel shall wear Vendor ID badges at all times during the exhibit hours. 4 people max allowed per booth. Others must buy a ticket for entry.
8. Booth may not display or distribute any business' information other than that of the vendor. Vendors may not hand out promotional materials outside of their booth space or spaces, in the aisles or at the doors.
9. Outside vendors are prohibited from promoting their business to vendors or attendees. If you observe anyone doing this, notify CP Events Collective. The vendors will be removed from the event.
10. CP Events collective or its agents are not liable for loss of or damage to vendor’s property due to theft, fire,
accidents, or other causes, nor for any injury to vendors, its employees or agents. Security will not be present on the day of the event.
11. Vendors agree that the purpose of exhibit space is for positive promotion of the vendor’s products and services. Vendors may display, give out information. If a vendor would like to give out food or non-alcoholic samples, they must get approval from CP Events Collective. Dog Samples are fine. There are food vendors present at the event.
12. No selling or giving away of alcoholic beverages at exhibit booths. There is a bar coming to the event.
13. Limitation of Liability. In no event whatsoever, shall CP Events Collective have any liability to a Vendor in excess of the payment received from such vendor for payment of its booth.
14. Vendor warrants that they carry liability insurance. The vendor's booth is an extension of their company, and as such they must have liability protection. Vendor is responsible for any employee or subcontractors that may be helping in their booth or any visitors in the booth, in the event of an injury.
15. Vendor warrants that they carry vehicle liability for any vehicle brought onto the facility premises.
16. CP Events Collective reserves the right of final decision and the right (a) to rearrange floor plans or relocate exhibits or both in order that competitive exhibitors wherever possible will be set up at specific locations that do not interfere with their individual operations and (b) to prohibit or remove any exhibit which, in the sole and absolute opinion of CP Events Collective. detracts from the general character of the exhibit including the persons, conduct, language and materials.
